Our Menu

Each morning from opening until 8:30 am, we offer an Assortment of Yogurt, Cereal, Fruit, Muffins, Pastries and Toast to all children and their families. Coffee and Tea are also offered to adults.
This is for everyone in the centre! 

Week 1

Monday: AM Snack: Avocado Toast with Fruit. Lunch: Pasta with Meat Sauce, Veggies and Fruit. Served with Milk. 
PM Snack: Granola with Fruit and Yogurt 

Tuesday: AM Snack: Yogurt with Granola and Fruit. Lunch: Grilled Cheese with Veggies and Dip, and Fruit Served with Milk.  PM Snack: Cheese and Crackers with Veggies and Fruit 

Wednesday: AM Snack: Pancakes with Fruit. Lunch: Naan Bread Pizzas with Turkey and Pineapple, Veggies Served with Milk. PM Snack: Kale and Berry Smoothies with Fruit and Crackers 

Thursday: AM Snack: Toast with WOW Butter and Fruit. Lunch: Chicken Stir Fry with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM Snack: Banana Muffins and Fruit 

Friday: AM Snack: English Muffins with Butter and Jam, and Fruit. Lunch: Breakfast Bowls with Sausage, Eggs, and Cheese with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM Snack: Rice Cakes with Wow Butter and Fruit

Week 2

Monday: AM Snack: Cereal and Milk with Fruit. Lunch: Cheese and Meat Sandwiches with Salad and Fruit Served with Milk.
PM snack: Banana Muffins and Fruit

Tuesday: AM snack: Waffles and Fruit. Lunch: Meatloaf Bites with Mashed Potatoes and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Pickles, Cheese and Crackers

Wednesday: AM snack: Oatmeal with Berries. Lunch: Chicken Vermicelli with veggies and fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Cinnamon Tortillas and Cream Cheese with fruit

Thursday: AM snack: Breakfast Muffins with Fruit. Lunch: Turkey Meatballs and Rice with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Apple Slices and Cheese Cubes with Crackers

Friday: AM snack: Toast with Jam and Butter with Fruit. Lunch: Pasta with Tomato Sauce, Mini Naan, Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Chips with Salsa and Sour Cream 

Week 3

Monday: AM snack: Waffles and Fruit. Lunch: Backed Mac and Cheese with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Rice Cakes and Wow butter with Apples 

Tuesday: AM snack: Tropical Spinach Smoothy with Fruit. Lunch: Beef Tacos, Cheese, Salsa and Sour cream with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Fruit Salad and Triscuit Crackers

Wednesday: AM snack: Blueberry Muffins and Fruit Lunch: Naan Bread Pizzas with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk.
PM snack: Avocado banana muffins

Thursday: AM snack: Yogurt and Fruit. Lunch: Grilled Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Veggies, and fruit Served with Milk.
PM snack: Apple Crisp with Cheese Cubes  

Friday: AM snack: Hash Browns and Eggs with Fruit. Lunch: Turkey Alfredo Pasta with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Goldfish Crackers and Veggies with Dip 

Week 4

Monday: AM snack: Strawberry, Banana, and Avocado Smoothy with with Fruit. Lunch: Mac and Cheese and Mini Naan with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Chocolate Zucchini Muffins and Fruit 

Tuesday: AM snack: Oatmeal Bake and Fruit. Lunch: Chicken Fingers and Fries with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk.
PM snack: Wow Butter Cookes and Fruit 

Wednesday: Breakfast: An assortment of yogurt, cereal, fruit, muffins and toast. AM snack: Apple cinnamon muffins . Lunch: English muffin pizza w/ carrots & dip. PM snack: Rice cakes w/ apples & WOW butter

Week 5

Tuesday: AM snack: Avocado Toast with Fruit. Lunch: Pirogies, Sausage and Rice with Veggies and Fruit and Sour Cream Served with Milk. PM snack: Fruit Salad and Triscuit Crackers

Wednesday: AM snack: Berries and Zucchini Smoothy with Fruit. Lunch: Turkey Meatloaf Bites with Sweet Potato Fries and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Granola with Fruit and Yogurt 

Thursday: AM snack: Toast with WOW Butter and Fruit. Lunch: Beef Meatballs and Rice with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Banana Muffins and Fruit

Tuesday: AM Snack: Yogurt with Granola and Fruit. Lunch: Pasta with Turkey Meat Sauce, Veggies and Fruit. Served with Milk. PM Snack: Rice Crackers with Yogurt and Fruit

Wednesday: AM Snack: Hash Browns and Eggs with Fruit. Lunch: Butter Chicken and Rice With Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM Snack: Oatmeal Muffins and Fruit

Tuesday: AM snack: Strawberry, Banana, and Avocado Smoothy with with Fruit. Lunch: Vegetarian Chilli with Cheese, with Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Wow Butter Cookes and Fruit

Wednesday: AM snack: Oatmeal Bake and Fruit. Lunch: Beef and Noodle Stir Fry with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Pickles, Cheese and Triscuits Crackers 

Thursday: AM snack: Yogurt with Granola and Fruit. Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken with Rice and Broccoli, with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Banana or Rice Pudding with Berries 

Friday: AM snack: Cereal and Milk with Fruit . Lunch: Beef Stew with Biscuits and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Cheese and Ritz Crackers with Veggies and Fruit 

Week 8

Monday: AM snack: Tropical Spinach Smoothy with Fruit. Lunch: Breakfast Bowls with Sausage, Eggs, and Cheese with Veggies and Fruit Served with Milk. PM snack: Chocolate Zucchini Muffins and Fruit

This menu reflects what is served to children who are a part of the monthly meal program 

The menu may be altered due to grocery and seasonal availability. Fruit and veggies will be based on both complementary flavouring with the menu item, and seasonal freshness.
