Out Of School Care Information and Programming
Welcome!
We are happy to have an out of school care program at the Dovercourt location. We are very excited to welcome your children to the worker bee room at Little Bee Early Learning Academy: Dovercourt! Our OSC location is in the Academy’s second location inside the Dovercourt Community League located at 13510 Dovercourt Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5L 4Y1.
Morgan is also the Curriculum Specialist for all of Little Bee Academy locations, and will be splitting her duties when the OSC is not running the “Full Day Program” The Dovercourt Location is open from 7:15am to 5:30 pm. The OSC program will open the summer of 2025 with full-time care for all enrolled school-aged children. We will follow our “Full Day Program” with the children during the summer, and any days throughout the school year where school is closed. Once school begins in the fall, we will switch to our “School Days Program”. For any additional information, comments, clarifications or questions feel free to contact Morgan or Jenny.
Pick-Up and Drop-Offs - To and From School
We offer pick-up and drop-off for children at the following schools:
• Dovercourt
• Aurora
• St. Pius
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE AT ATTENDANCE AT THE ACADEMY BEFORE 8:00AM IN ORDER TO BE DROPPED OF AT SCHOOL ON TIME.
OSC Fees is $775.00
This includes transportation to and from school, and the meal program. This means children will be provided snacks and, on any days they are in full time care, lunch will be provided.
Subsidy
Eligible families can apply for child care subsidies if they have children in full-time kindergarten or grades 1 to 6. To apply for subsidy and for more information visit: https://www.alberta.ca/child-care-subsidy
